Using Boss Lab

These terms apply to Boss Lab, operated by Boss Lab XYZ inc.. By using the game, you agree to these terms. Boss Lab is intended for players aged 13 and over where distributed through Google Play. You must meet any higher minimum age or guardian-permission requirement that applies where you live. If you do not agree, do not use the game.

Accounts and recovery

Keep your account access secure. Link an available recovery method before changing devices or clearing game data. Unlinked guest progress can become unrecoverable if its credentials are lost. Do not share passwords, sign-in codes or access tokens. You are responsible for activity you authorize on your account; contact support if you suspect unauthorized access.

Gameplay and service changes

You build a mechanical boss, play Campaign battles and challenge other players asynchronously in the Arena. Battles, progression and rewards are verified by the server. We may update game balance, features and technical requirements, and occasionally interrupt access for maintenance or security. We will explain material changes affecting purchased content where applicable. Statutory consumer rights remain in force.

Acceptable conduct

Do not cheat, manipulate rewards or purchase records, exploit bugs, interfere with the service, impersonate others, harass players, or submit unlawful or infringing content. Do not attempt to access other players’ private information. Report abuse and security problems to support. We may remove offending content or restrict accounts to address violations and protect the service. You can contact support to ask for review of a moderation decision.

Names, builds and game artwork

You must have the right to submit your chosen names and any other content. Avoid personal information and abusive or infringing material. You give us permission to store, process and display your submitted names and builds as necessary to operate gameplay, publications, challenges and moderation. Public Arena information may be seen by other players. Our use of account content is subject to the deletion and retention practices in the privacy policy.

Boss Lab’s software, logo and game artwork remain the property of their respective rights holders. These terms allow personal use of the game; they do not transfer ownership of those materials.

Ads, purchases and virtual items

Real-money purchases and rewarded ads are currently disabled in the production release configuration. When enabled, ads are optional rewarded ads, with no forced ads, and paid products have guaranteed contents stated before purchase. Google Play processes payments, and RevenueCat validates entitlements. Prices and product contents should be read in the purchase screen.

Virtual currency and items are for use within Boss Lab, have no cash-out value, and do not promise ownership of a transferable financial asset. Purchase delivery depends on server validation; avoid buying again while a transaction is pending. Recovery of a consumed purchase uses the game’s transaction records, not a promise that restoring purchases will grant currency again.

Refunds follow Google Play’s applicable process and your statutory rights. We may reconcile refunded entitlements and currency against the transaction record. Account deletion removes access to remaining online items and does not automatically trigger a refund. Contact support about unresolved purchases before deletion.

Privacy, deletion and support

The privacy policy describes account and gameplay data practices. You can request account deletion using the methods on the deletion page. For support, privacy requests or moderation review, contact support@bosslab.xyz.

Legal rights and updates

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer protections. Applicable law determines your rights and available dispute-resolution procedures; these terms do not require you to waive them. We may revise these terms as the service changes, publish the effective date here, and give appropriate notice of material changes.
